Why are there no surveys?

CPX availability depends on country, profile, quotas and current research demand. Come back later or choose another available survey. No survey count or income is guaranteed.

Why was I screened out?

A survey may need a different audience or its quota may be full. A screenout is not necessarily a mistake. A reward is due only if CPX confirms an eligible reward; not every screenout earns Credits.

Do I have to answer private questions?

You may leave a survey at any time. Choose “Prefer not to answer” when the survey provides that option. Skipping questions can affect eligibility. Do not invent answers to qualify.

Where are my Credits?

Wait for the verified callback and refresh your balance. If the reward is still missing, use CPX’s available support tools and keep the survey or transaction reference. Do not share passwords or private survey answers.

Can Credits be withdrawn?

Credits are internal game units. This staging build has no cash withdrawal or real prize tournament. Survey revenue supports site maintenance and development. It is not money owed to players.

How are daily rewards claimed?

Daily bonuses are awarded automatically: two small CPX goals pay 10 and 20 Credits, active Solo participation pays 3, and completing all three adds 5. Survey goals ask for 1 or 2 completed surveys, or 20 survey Credits. Tomorrow’s set unlocks at 00:00 UTC.

Do all CPX events count for survey challenges?

Only verified completed surveys with an active confirmation count. Screenouts, bonuses, duplicate callbacks and reversed transactions do not count as completed surveys.

Can I buy more tournament attempts?

Yes, before the start cutoff shown by the tournament. By default new attempts close two minutes before the clock ends. The entry includes the first attempt. Further attempts cost the displayed retry amount. Only your best verified score counts and your tournament power-ups do not reset.

When is a leaderboard final?

After the clock ends, all active attempts have finished or expired, and every submitted result has been reviewed. Until then the board is provisional. Equal best scores share a position. No prize tie-break is promised in staging.

What does Players Online mean?

Signed-in accounts with activity in the last 90 seconds. Multiple tabs on the same account count once. The display may take up to 90 seconds to remove someone who leaves.

Tournament mode and prize pool are shown in the lobby. Test funds have no cash value. Game Credits cannot be exchanged for money. Confirmed prizes use a separate winnings wallet; Claim submits a request, not an automatic transfer.
